I’m a multiple winner of the Victor Ludorum award for school athletics. Fitness isn’t just a hobby; it’s a lifestyle. I went from weighing 58kg to a healthy 92kg, and I learned the ins and outs of fitness along the way.
Yup… that really was me up there. Pretty embarrassing to be honest. But hey…
So why all that transformation BS?
Because I was bullied for my appearance growing up. Transforming my physique was my first real deep-dive into self-development.
I’ve faced financial setbacks and bounced back stronger. I’ve navigated complex challenges, from PayPal disputes to market downturns. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on financial planning and resilience.
Mental well-being is another area close to my heart.
Living with ADHD and depression has been a challenge, but also a learning experience. I’ve explored coping mechanisms, treatments, and lifestyle changes that have made a real difference.
In the tech world, I’ve led IT projects and implemented DMARC Email Security for industry leaders. I’ve also spent countless hours exploring AI tools like ChatGPT. My work has involved collaborations with diverse teams across the US and Canada, enriching my understanding of how technology can aid personal growth.
I’m not perfect, and I’m still learning. But that’s the beauty of self-development—it’s a never-ending journey.
My goal is to share what I’ve learned and what I’m still discovering. Through my own learning, I find joy in teaching and guiding others on their own paths to self-improvement.
